Eden EDU
Artistry is one of our core values at Eden. We want to enable artists to create the best tattoos possible through education. This value doesn’t end with our resident artists. By extending our educational offerings to anyone who wants to learn, we’re able to help create better artists everywhere—and a better tattoo industry.
Join our Eden EDU email list and you’ll be notified when new events are scheduled before they’re announced to the public.

More Ways to Learn
With multiple different seminar formats and multiple Eden artists ready to teach, we’re able to reach a wide range of students. Scroll through to see what kind of seminars might be right for you.
Hands-on Seminars
These seminars are two days taught by one artist. The first day, they’ll do a lecture and then a live tattoo start to finish. The second day, participants will have the opportunity to recreate the same tattoo on fake skin while the presenting artist walks around and provides 1-on-1 instruction. These events are suitable for anyone comfortable with using a tattoo machine.
Eden Symposiums
Our largest seminar format, Eden Symposiums, feature multiple artists doing a lecture/presentation over the course of two days. These events are hosted in both the summer and winter and each event features a different lineup of artists.
These events are suitable for any tattoo artist of any skill level.
Private Seminars
Private seminars are the most intimate and effective way to learn. The content of each seminar is tailored to your individual needs and goals. These seminars consist of a day of shadowing the artist, while they break down their entire setup, design, consultation, and tattoo process. They’ll explain in thorough detail everything they’re doing, and answer any and all questions you have. They’ll also do a thorough portfolio review with you.
There is also an optional subsequent day where you can bring your own client or tattoo on fake skin with the artist’s guidance. They’ll even jump in on the tattoo to show you specific techniques. These seminars are suitable for anyone comfortable tattooing.
Taylor is currently offering private seminars. Email for more information.
Portfolio reviews are a great, accessible way to learn a lot in a short time, wherever you are.
In these video calls, you can bring five completed tattoos or designs for Deanna to critique. She’ll show you in Procreate in real time what she would do differently and how you can apply the feedback to tattoos in the future. You’ll also discuss your goals in your career moving forward and the steps you can take to achieve them.
