Collaboration with Bobby Johnson II

This is the second in a series of 3 pieces Deanna did in collaboration with Bobby Johnson, world-renowned tattoo artist and winner of Ink Master Season 15. This is a wonderful example of how styles (neotraditional and painterly) appearing completely different on the surface can combine for a completely unique piece. The asymmetrical composition makes for an intriguing design, providing movement to the piece and bringing the focal point up to the portrait. This tattoo, now healed, was done over 3 consecutive days on Eden content creator Ian McKenyon. By Deanna James.
