Renaissance Lady with Wisteria

This tattoo, though small, is rich with contrast and detail. It features an adorned victorian woman reminiscent of the Renaissance area. She holds delicate wisteria flowers that add visual intrigue to the piece, and the placement of them spilling over the side of the frame provides movement to an otherwise still image. The white is strategically placed to provide brilliance to the jewelry. This was an originally a premade design, but it was the client's idea to create the flowers in color, providing a welcome and creative alteration to the original composition. By Nadia Most.
