Snake and Peony

This vibrant tattoo features two of Jade's specialties: animals and flowers. Jade renders the scales in the snake with an extraordinary amount of detail, but is thoughtful about where to place it; the foreground of the piece with the snake's head has higher contrast and reflected light, whereas the back coils are less focused, giving the illusion of depth and movement to the piece.
