Still Life with Books and Candle

This still life features a stack of books topped with scattered flowers and a candle. The use of the light from the frame to illuminate the background and the books provides a warm, yet contemplative mood to the piece. Nadia subtly breaks the frame in strategic places to give depth to the design. This piece was done in one session on Nadia's client, Meagan, who flew in from Massachusetts. By Nadia Most.
